Welcome Virgo!  This New Moon is all about returning back to the day to day and how your life is organized.  What have you put on hold and are now ready to get back to? Time to focus on the realistic and down to earth path.  This might cause some natural tensions with the creativity energies in your world.   Can you find balance between the practical and the creative aspects where dreams exist?  Letting go of the how’s and letting your intuition guide the practical steps will open the door to finding the magical in the mundane.   The new moon will give you a chance to review your to do list and recognize the potency of the routine and mundane parts of life.

Virgo is the moon of service and using your skills to get things done.  Virgo moon will shine light on the path where your natural gifts, and sense of service and calling.   What is missing in your life?  What are the steps to get there?  No detail is to small – sharpen your pencil and get out your journal and write it all down.  This moon will heighten your ability to accurately discern what is important and what is not.

Over the next 29 days set an intention to get in touch with your practical side and that spirit within that tends to your environment.  Virgo calls you to simplify.  Identify what is ending or what needs to end and your intention to end it.  It could be anything from the habit where you become self critical, to work that no longer serves you, or even relationships.   Are there places where you have gotten over extended?  Roll up your sleeves and get rid of the clutter.   Time to create order and neatness in your environment.   Focus on restoration in all aspects of your world. Think about your diet, exercise and other ways you create wellness for yourself.  Time to let go of the chaos of the day to day and create a well-oiled machine to grow the ease of life.

What have you struggled with lately that you need to change? Do a ritual that will help you mark the ending.  Once done it is the time to make some plans and to set the stage for reaping the rewards of a new beginnings, little or big, in approximately two weeks’ time after the Full Moon occurs. When something ends, there is always a new space created for something new to begin.

During the Full Moon on September 9: Time to integrate your intent and move into action

How does your intent contribute to your wholeness?  What has come to light about your intention?  Time begin and take an exhilarating step forward. Time to act on how you have visualized and imagined your intention within your life.   Build simple wishes that support emotional closeness, feelings, and nurturing.

During the Dark Moon on September 23:  Let go and release

Time to remove the old worries, stories and habits that you’ve outgrown.  Embrace and release the ways you have sabotaged yourself in the past.   Ask your self  “what do I need to release?”  “What do I choose to take with me into the next cycle?”  Time to leave behind anything from the past that is no longer serves your new vision.  Take time to meditate and gently heal using what the Full Moon has brought to light.
